My system was constantly and blowing hot. Had Blake come over and troubleshoot my system, He was able to find a hole in the the A-coil. I had him give me a price for a more efficient condenser and coil. Gave me a great price. Blake is a great guy , honest and hard working. If you need service, I highly recommend you give Big Country Air a call.

Our new HVAC system is so much quieter than the old unit. The new unit seems to remove more humidity than the old one so the house is more comfortable. Blake came by as a 2nd opinion (free of charge) to take a look at an issue that was caused by a supposed broken bypass damper. Ended up never being installed correctly which he corrected in a minute flat. Also put other concerns the first HVAC company told me about at ease and not actually needed Blake's a straight shooter, he'll tell like it is and what's needed or unnecessary without trying to oversell you to keep the bottom line happy. Highly recommend Blake and BigkountryAir for your HVAC needs.
