Finally, I have found a HVAC technician who is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fairly priced. Blake Brunner does not try to upsell unnecessary work. Our new HVAC system is so much quieter than the old unit. The new unit seems to remove more humidity than the old one so the house is more comfortable. I will definitely be having my units serviced by Big Kountry Air going forward because of the price, but more importantly, because I finally found a HVAC technician I trust. See more See less

Blake came by as a 2nd opinion (free of charge) to take a look at an issue that was caused by a supposed broken bypass damper. Ended up never being installed correctly which he corrected in a minute flat. Also put other concerns the first HVAC company told me about at ease and not actually needed Blake's a straight shooter, he'll tell like it is and what's needed or unnecessary without trying to oversell you to keep the bottom line happy. My system was constantly and blowing hot. Had Blake come over and troubleshoot my system, He was able to find a hole in the the A-coil.
